Q. What is the approximate time from when I place my order until I receive my goods?

A. We do not have items in stock and ready to ship. We gather the orders placed over a 5-7 day period, place the order for blank garments with our manufacturers, embroider the group order and then drop ship to each individual. The total order time is approx. 3 weeks +.

Q. I noticed that items seem to be in and out of stock?  Is this normal?

A. Nowadays, unfortunately, yes.  The promotional product industry has been and continues to be plagued by significant supply chain issues.  We regularly check stock with our manufacturers to minimize issues, but item availability can be quite volatile.
