Return Policy

We guarantee that your Check Point Company Store item(s) will be free of any manufacturing or product defect. We inspect every item included in your purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and shipped. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item.  Once your order has entered the production phase, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes.

Each of our garments featured online, with the exception of t-shirts, is accompanied by a size chart image.  This can be viewed as one of the images included with the store item.  For this reason, we do not accept returns based on garment size.  Please see the size chart, and choose the appropriate size.

All refunds and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of placing your order.

Please ensure that item is returned in "NEW" condition with tags in place (if applicable).

For your protection, we suggest that all items being returned at our customer's expense be sent by a traceable carrier. Remember to include a copy of your packing slip in the shipment.
